3.45 ct Electric Green Tourmaline
We're throwing a little tourmaline into the mix. This is material we picked up in Brazil when we were topaz hunting. The color is just so electric we couldn't resist.
This green tourmaline is clean as can be and has an electric, glowing color. The c-axis is very dark.
We know the story of our topaz from the moment it leaves the earth until it is in your hands, so we can always guarantee that it is completely untreated. That is not the case with this tourmaline. Most tourmaline is heat treated to enhance color. While we can't know for certain, we must assume that this stone has been heated as well. Heat treatment in tourmaline produces a stable color that does not fade, and it does not affect the durablity of the stone.

Etsy
Is this the first time you've purchased a gem from us? We're good and honest people. And we rely on our good reputation to stay in business. But we do understand that you may be looking for added security when shopping for an expensive stone.
You may always choose to purchase any of our stones through our Etsy store.
Etsy holds your money in escrow until you receive your gemstone. They do happen to charge us a fat 8% of the sale price to do that, so you may notice that some of our prices are a notch higher on Etsy than here on our website.
