Fantasy Round Imperial Topaz 8.47 cts
This gem is exceptionally well-cut. Wayne Emery created a unique fantasy round with mesmerizing crown facets that flash orange, gold and red with a metallic luster. The color depends on the light. In natural light it is a rich, saturated orange. Indoors the red which lends the name imperial comes out. In low light, at dusk, the crown becomes a clean sheen of copper.
I know I say that all our stones are unique... that's because we source from a small, independent mine and only work with talented cutters (no commercial or native cuts here!). Every stone we sell IS unique, but this one could define the term!
This is an Exceptional Stone in every way. Thank you Wayne for the incredible work!

Etsy
Is this the first time you've purchased a gem from us? We're good and honest people. And we rely on our good reputation to stay in business. But we do understand that you may be looking for added security when shopping for an expensive stone.
You may always choose to purchase any of our stones through our Etsy store.
Etsy holds your money in escrow until you receive your gemstone. They do happen to charge us a fat 8% of the sale price to do that, so you may notice that some of our prices are a notch higher on Etsy than here on our website.
